HCR 15                                                                       
A message dated April 18, 1997, was received stating the Governor is           
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:           
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15                                            
Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                           
Representatives for a period of more than three days.                          
                                                                               
Legislative Resolve No. 13
